9. ORDER SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. It does not mean that the order has been accepted.
An automated order confirmation only confirms that the order request has been received. It does not confirm final acceptance, payment, product availability, shipping eligibility, or an obligation to supply the order.

11. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Inquest Peptides LLC attempts to provide accurate product names, vial formats, specifications, pricing, availability, images, descriptions, and documentation.
However, website information may contain typographical errors, formatting errors, image errors, technical errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Product appearance, packaging, labels, presentation, and other nonmaterial characteristics may vary between batches or may be updated without prior notice.
Customers must review the complete product listing and relevant documentation before ordering.
Inquest Peptides LLC may correct website information and refuse or cancel an affected order.
12. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Product prices, shipping costs, availability, packaging, quantities, descriptions, specifications, and documentation may change without prior notice.
Displaying a product or price does not guarantee availability or acceptance of an order.
Inquest Peptides LLC may correct pricing, inventory, listing, or calculation errors at any time.
Where an order is canceled because of an error after cleared payment has been received, the affected payment will be refunded as required.
13. EMAILED INVOICES AND MANUAL PAYMENT
Certain orders are completed through an emailed invoice and manual payment process.
No payment is taken through Shopify checkout when the emailed invoice payment option is selected.
After reviewing the order, Inquest Peptides LLC may email a payment invoice to the address supplied during checkout.
The customer must read the invoice in full before making payment, especially the red payment reference warning box displayed in the middle of the invoice.
The customer is responsible for:
Using only the payment method and recipient details shown on the official invoice.
Using the exact payment reference requested on the invoice.
Sending the correct payment amount.
Making payment before any stated invoice expiration date.
Checking the recipient information before authorizing payment.

14. PAYMENT CLEARANCE
Orders will not be released for fulfillment until payment has been:
Received.
Cleared.
Identified.
Correctly matched to the applicable order.
Payment screenshots, pending payment notices, bank transfer confirmations, transfer receipts, or customer supplied evidence do not establish that cleared funds have been received.
Incorrect payment references, incomplete payments, duplicate payments, payment reversals, bank delays, or payment provider reviews may delay processing.
The customer is responsible for fees charged by its bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
15. FRAUDULENT OR UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS
You may only use a bank account, payment account, card, wallet, or other payment method that you are legally authorized to use.
Inquest Peptides LLC may delay, hold, or cancel an order while investigating:
Suspected fraud.

Compliance concerns.
Information relating to suspected fraud, unauthorized access, or unlawful conduct may be supplied to financial institutions, payment providers, carriers, legal advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where reasonably necessary or legally required.
16. SHIPPING
Orders are handled through a United States based fulfillment route. This does not mean the products are manufactured in the United States.
Orders may only be shipped to destinations approved by Inquest Peptides LLC and made available during checkout or confirmed in writing.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, address problems, security screening, government action, and other events outside the reasonable control of Inquest Peptides LLC may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate address, including any required:
Unit or suite number.
Building information.
Laboratory or department name.
Mailroom information.
Access instructions.
Authorized recipient information.
Inquest Peptides LLC is not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Any rights relating to delayed shipment, cancellation, or refunds that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
17. DELIVERY AND RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY
Delivery may be determined using carrier tracking, delivery scans, photographs, signatures, access records, geographic scans, mailroom confirmation, reception confirmation, or other carrier evidence.
Except where prohibited by law, responsibility for a package passes to the customer when the carrier records delivery to the address or delivery location supplied or authorized by the customer.
This may include delivery to:
A laboratory.
A commercial address.
A mailroom.
A reception area.
A parcel locker.
A front desk.
A loading area.
Another authorized delivery location.
Inquest Peptides LLC is not responsible for theft, removal, loss, unauthorized access, mishandling, or damage occurring after documented delivery.
Refunds or replacements are not automatically provided for packages recorded as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for arranging a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking information.
18. REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE, OR RETURNED PACKAGES
The customer is responsible for costs or losses caused by:
An incorrect or incomplete address.
Refusal of delivery.
Failure to collect a package.
Failure to provide carrier access.
Failure to provide recipient information.
A carrier return caused by customer action or inaction.
A destination that cannot lawfully or practically receive the shipment.

Any resolution will depend on product condition, chain of custody, storage conditions, carrier charges, legal requirements, and the Refund and Returns Policy.
19. SHIPPING DAMAGE, MISSING ITEMS, AND FULFILLMENT ERRORS

All products received.
Inquest Peptides LLC may request:
Clear photographs.
Unboxing video evidence.
Packaging photographs.
Product photographs.
Batch information.
Carrier records.
Delivery records.
Other information reasonably required to investigate the claim.
Discarding products or packaging before the claim is reviewed may prevent the issue from being verified.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a refund, replacement, credit, or other resolution.
20. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Due to contamination control, product integrity, storage, safety, and chain of custody requirements, products generally cannot be returned or restocked after delivery.
Except where required by law, sales are final once payment has cleared and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Inquest Peptides LLC does not normally accept returns or issue refunds because:
The customer changed its mind.
The incorrect product or vial format was ordered.
The product is no longer required.
The customer’s project, funding, protocol, or internal approval changed.
The customer failed to review the product listing or invoice.
A package was refused or not collected.
A carrier confirmed delivery and the package was later lost or stolen.
A remedy may be available where:
An incorrect product was supplied by Inquest Peptides LLC.
An item was omitted from the shipment.
Damage occurred before delivery and is supported by sufficient evidence.
Inquest Peptides LLC is unable to fulfill a paid order.
A product is materially inconsistent with its label or applicable written batch documentation.
A refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by law.
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include replacement of the affected item, refund of the affected item, cancellation of an unfulfilled portion, or another appropriate resolution.
Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from Inquest Peptides LLC.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, destroyed, or returned at the customer’s expense.
21. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers should contact support@inquestpeptides.com promptly if they believe an order, invoice, payment, shipment, or delivery is incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms of Service removes a legal right to raise a legitimate payment dispute.
False, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using available records, including:
Order information.
Invoice records.
Payment records.
Account activity.
Email and support communications.
Acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Carrier tracking.

Delivery photographs.
Signatures.

Testing may differ between products and batches.
Reports may include information relating to:

Approve a product for human or animal use.
Establish safety or effectiveness for a medical or consumer purpose.
Guarantee suitability for a particular research protocol.
Replace the customer’s own testing and quality controls.
Change the research use only classification of the product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete report and confirming that the report details match the applicable product and batch.
