Refund policy

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how Inquest Peptides LLC handles order cancellations, damaged shipments, incorrect products, missing items, approved returns, replacements, and refunds.

This policy applies to all orders submitted through the Inquest Peptides LLC website or otherwise accepted by Inquest Peptides LLC.

All products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and development use. Products are not for human use, animal use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

1. POLICY SUMMARY

Due to product integrity, contamination control, storage, safety, and chain of custody requirements, Inquest Peptides LLC does not accept general returns for change of mind.

Returns and refunds may be available only where an order is damaged before delivery, incorrect, incomplete, materially inconsistent with the applicable product information, unable to be fulfilled, or otherwise eligible under this policy or applicable law.

Customers must contact Inquest Peptides LLC before returning any product.

Do not send products to the correspondence address or any other address without written return authorization.

2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Inquest Peptides LLC does not accept returns or provide refunds because:

The customer changed its mind.

The product is no longer required.

The wrong product, quantity, or vial format was ordered by the customer.

The customer failed to review the product listing before ordering.

The customer failed to read the emailed invoice before making payment.

The customer’s research project, protocol, funding, personnel, or internal approval changed.

The customer found a lower price elsewhere.

The customer no longer has suitable facilities, personnel, equipment, or authorization to receive or handle the product.

The customer is unable to use the product for the originally intended laboratory research purpose.

These restrictions are necessary because returned research materials cannot normally be resold once product storage, handling, security, and chain of custody have passed outside the control of Inquest Peptides LLC.

3. ELIGIBLE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT CIRCUMSTANCES

A refund, replacement, reshipment, or other appropriate resolution may be available where:

An incorrect product was supplied by Inquest Peptides LLC.

An incorrect vial format or strength was supplied by Inquest Peptides LLC.

An item listed on the packing slip was missing from the shipment.

A product container was damaged during transit before delivery.

Product packaging arrived materially compromised.

The shipment was confirmed lost within the FedEx network.

Inquest Peptides LLC is unable to fulfill an accepted and paid order.

An order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe and the customer does not consent to the revised shipment date.

A product is materially inconsistent with its label or the applicable written batch documentation.

A duplicate payment was received and verified.

An order was canceled by Inquest Peptides LLC after cleared payment was received.

A refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Eligibility depends on the evidence supplied, the condition of the shipment, carrier records, product information, batch documentation, and the circumstances of the order.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

4. CLAIM REPORTING WINDOW

Claims involving products recorded as delivered by FedEx must be reported within three calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

This includes claims involving:

Visible transit damage.

Damaged product containers.

Compromised packaging.

Missing items.

Incorrect items.

Incorrect vial formats or strengths.

Other apparent fulfillment errors.

The three calendar day reporting period allows Inquest Peptides LLC to review the shipment condition, packaging, carrier information, and fulfillment records while the evidence remains available.

Claims submitted outside this period may be denied where the delay prevents the reported issue from being verified.

Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Claims must be submitted to:

support@inquestpeptides.com

The email must include:

The customer’s full name.

The order number.

The email address used for the order.

The product name.

The vial format or strength.

The batch number where available.

The FedEx tracking number.

A clear explanation of the problem.

The date the shipment was delivered.

The requested resolution.

Customers should use the subject line:

Order Claim followed by the order number.

Example:

Order Claim 1042

6. REQUIRED EVIDENCE

Customers must retain the complete shipment until the claim has been reviewed.

This includes:

The external shipping box or mailer.

The FedEx shipping label.

All internal packaging.

Protective materials.

Insulating materials.

Cool packs where included.

The packing slip.

All product containers.

All product labels.

All items received.

Claims should include clear photographs showing:

The unopened external package where possible.

The shipping label.

Every side of any damaged packaging.

The complete contents of the shipment.

The packing slip.

All products received.

The affected product.

The product label.

The batch number where visible.

The specific damage, discrepancy, or fulfillment error.

Inquest Peptides LLC may request additional photographs, video evidence, carrier information, written statements, or other documentation reasonably required to investigate the claim.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for larger or higher value orders but is not required for every claim unless the circumstances make additional evidence reasonably necessary.

7. PRESERVING THE SHIPMENT

Do not discard, destroy, transfer, alter, relabel, use, or dispose of the affected product or packaging while a claim is being reviewed.

Discarding the product, external packaging, shipping label, packing slip, or supporting evidence may prevent the claim from being verified.

Products involved in a claim must be stored appropriately and kept securely while awaiting instructions from Inquest Peptides LLC.

8. CLAIM REVIEW

Inquest Peptides LLC will normally acknowledge a complete claim within two business days.

A claim is considered complete when the required order information, explanation, photographs, and supporting evidence have been received.

Inquest Peptides LLC will normally complete its initial review within five business days after receiving a complete claim.

Additional time may be required where:

A FedEx investigation is necessary.

Additional evidence is requested.

Batch or fulfillment records must be reviewed.

The shipment involves multiple products.

Third party documentation must be checked.

Fraud, payment, or account concerns require review.

The customer will be contacted using the email address associated with the order.

9. AVAILABLE RESOLUTIONS

When a claim is approved, Inquest Peptides LLC may provide one or more of the following resolutions:

Replacement of the affected product.

Reshipment of a missing product.

Replacement of an incorrect product.

Refund of the affected product.

Refund of the unfulfilled portion of an order.

Cancellation and refund of an order that cannot be fulfilled.

Another appropriate resolution agreed with the customer.

The resolution will depend on:

The nature of the problem.

The evidence available.

Product availability.

Carrier findings.

The affected quantity.

Whether a physical return is necessary.

Applicable law.

Inquest Peptides LLC may choose replacement as the initial remedy where replacement fully resolves a verified fulfillment or transit issue.

10. NO GENERAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Inquest Peptides LLC does not operate a general exchange program.

Products cannot be exchanged because a customer selected the wrong product, quantity, strength, or vial format.

Where Inquest Peptides LLC supplied an incorrect or damaged product, an approved replacement may be provided as the resolution to the claim.

An approved replacement is not considered a general product exchange.

11. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from Inquest Peptides LLC.

An approved return will be assigned return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization reference.

Do not send returns to:

The Inquest Peptides LLC correspondence address.

The address shown on an invoice.

The address shown on the original shipping label.

Any laboratory, supplier, or third party address.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, destroyed, retained for investigation, or returned to the sender where legally and operationally possible.

Sending an unauthorized return does not create an entitlement to a refund.

12. RETURN METHOD

Where a physical return is required for an approved claim, the product must be returned by mail using the instructions supplied by Inquest Peptides LLC.

Inquest Peptides LLC will provide the approved return address and any required return label after the claim has been reviewed.

The customer must:

Use the provided return instructions.

Package the product securely.

Include the return authorization reference.

Return all requested products and packaging.

Send the package within the period stated in the authorization.

Obtain and retain proof of shipment.

A return is not complete until the authorized package has been received and reviewed by Inquest Peptides LLC or its authorized return facility.

13. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Inquest Peptides LLC will pay reasonable return shipping costs where a physical return is required because of a verified:

Incorrect product supplied by Inquest Peptides LLC.

Damaged product.

Material product nonconformity.

Other error attributable to Inquest Peptides LLC.

A prepaid return label will normally be provided for an approved return.

The customer must not purchase return shipping or select a premium service without prior written approval.

Unauthorized shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

14. RESTOCKING FEES

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return involving a verified damaged, incorrect, or materially nonconforming product.

Products returned without authorization are not eligible for restocking and may not be eligible for a refund.

15. PRODUCT CONDITION FOR AN APPROVED RETURN

Any product approved for return must not have been:

Used in research.

Reconstituted.

Mixed.

Diluted.

Combined with another material.

Transferred to another container.

Relabeled.

Altered.

Administered.

Consumed.

Exposed to unsuitable storage conditions.

Damaged after delivery.

Handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect and document the reported issue.

Opening the external shipping package or inspecting the product does not automatically make a claim ineligible, provided the product itself has not been used or altered.

Inquest Peptides LLC may deny a return or refund where the product condition has materially changed after delivery for reasons unrelated to the reported defect.

16. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Visible transit damage must be reported within three calendar days of FedEx recording delivery.

Damage claims must include clear photographs of:

The external package.

The shipping label.

The internal packaging.

The damaged product.

The product label.

The packing slip.

Inquest Peptides LLC may require the affected product and packaging to be returned or retained for a FedEx investigation.

Damage occurring after delivery because of customer handling, storage, transfer, opening, alteration, or misuse is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

17. COOL PACKS

Cool packs may be included when considered appropriate for the order, destination, season, weather, and expected transit conditions.

Cool packs do not create a continuously refrigerated or validated cold chain.

A cool pack may no longer be frozen or cold when delivered.

A cool pack arriving warm or no longer frozen does not, by itself, establish that the product has been damaged or is eligible for a refund or replacement.

Customers must move delivered products into the appropriate controlled storage environment promptly after delivery.

18. INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Where Inquest Peptides LLC supplied a product different from the product listed on the packing slip, the customer must:

Report the issue within three calendar days.

Retain the incorrect product.

Retain all packaging.

Provide clear photographs.

Avoid opening or using the incorrect product.

Follow the return or disposal instructions provided by Inquest Peptides LLC.

Inquest Peptides LLC may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution after the error has been verified.

19. MISSING ITEMS

Missing item claims must be reported within three calendar days of delivery.

The claim must include:

Photographs of the external package.

Photographs of the shipping label.

Photographs of all packaging.

Photographs of all items received.

A photograph of the packing slip.

Inquest Peptides LLC will review fulfillment records, package weight information, packing documentation, and other available evidence.

Where a missing item is verified, Inquest Peptides LLC may reship or refund the missing item.

20. MATERIAL PRODUCT NONCONFORMITY

A customer who believes that a product is materially inconsistent with its label or applicable written batch documentation must stop using the product and contact Inquest Peptides LLC immediately.

The customer must provide:

The order number.

The product name.

The vial format or strength.

The batch number.

A detailed explanation of the alleged discrepancy.

Clear photographs.

The relevant report or product documentation.

Any additional information reasonably required for review.

The customer must retain the affected product under appropriate storage conditions.

Scientific disagreement, expected experimental variation, or failure to produce a particular research outcome does not automatically establish product nonconformity.

Inquest Peptides LLC does not guarantee that a product will produce a particular experimental result or be suitable for a specific protocol.

21. PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT

A package is not considered lost solely because FedEx tracking has not updated for a short period.

Where a package appears to be lost within the FedEx network, Inquest Peptides LLC may open a carrier investigation.

Customers must cooperate with reasonable requests for information.

A replacement or refund will not normally be issued while an active FedEx investigation remains open.

Where FedEx confirms that a shipment was lost before delivery, Inquest Peptides LLC may:

Reship the order.

Replace the affected items.

Refund the affected order.

Provide another appropriate resolution.

22. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

A package recorded as delivered by FedEx is not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.

Customers must report a missing delivered package within three calendar days and must first:

Confirm the shipping address.

Check all entrances and delivery areas.

Check mailrooms, reception areas, loading areas, parcel rooms, and lockers.

Ask employees, laboratory personnel, reception staff, building management, and other authorized recipients.

Review any available FedEx delivery photograph.

Contact FedEx using the tracking number.

Inquest Peptides LLC may assist with reviewing carrier information or opening an inquiry.

Except where prohibited by law, Inquest Peptides LLC is not responsible for theft, removal, loss, mishandling, or unauthorized access occurring after documented delivery.

23. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Refusing a package or failing to collect a package does not create an automatic right to a refund.

A package may be refused, held, or returned because of:

Customer refusal.

Recipient unavailability.

Failure to provide a signature.

Failure to collect the shipment.

An incorrect or incomplete address.

An inaccessible delivery location.

A customer requested redirect.

Other customer action or inaction.

Returned research materials may be unsuitable for resale or reshipment because storage conditions and chain of custody cannot be verified.

Any available refund will be determined after the returned shipment has been received and assessed.

Original shipping charges, return carrier charges, and other direct costs may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted and where the return resulted from customer action or incorrect information.

24. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address are not automatically eligible for a refund.

Where reshipment is approved, the customer may be required to pay:

The new shipping charge.

FedEx return charges.

Address correction charges.

Other direct carrier costs.

Inquest Peptides LLC is not responsible for a package delivered to the address supplied and confirmed by the customer.

25. ORDER CANCELLATIONS BEFORE PAYMENT

An unpaid order placed using the emailed invoice payment option may be canceled by contacting:

support@inquestpeptides.com

No refund is required where no payment has been received.

Inquest Peptides LLC may automatically cancel an unpaid order if payment is not received within the period stated on the invoice.

26. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AFTER PAYMENT

A cancellation request submitted after payment has been made is not guaranteed.

Customers must contact support@inquestpeptides.com immediately.

A paid order may only be canceled where the request is received and approved before the order has:

Entered fulfillment.

Been packed.

Been assigned to the shipping process.

Been transferred to FedEx.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

An approved cancellation will be refunded according to the refund method and processing timeframe stated in this policy.

27. ORDERS CANCELED BY INQUEST PEPTIDES LLC

Inquest Peptides LLC may cancel an order because of:

Product unavailability.

Payment problems.

Account verification problems.

Suspected fraud.

Incorrect pricing.

Inventory errors.

Restricted delivery information.

Compliance concerns.

Suspected prohibited use.

Failure to provide requested documentation.

Other circumstances described in the Terms of Service.

Where Inquest Peptides LLC cancels an order after cleared payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded unless the funds are subject to a payment dispute, fraud investigation, legal hold, or other restriction.

28. DELAYED OR UNFULFILLED ORDERS

Where Inquest Peptides LLC cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, the customer may be offered:

A revised expected shipment date.

The option to consent to the delay.

The option to cancel the unshipped order and receive a refund.

Where an accepted and paid order cannot be fulfilled, Inquest Peptides LLC will cancel and refund the unfulfilled order or affected portion as required by applicable law.

29. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where technically and legally possible.

For payments made by manual bank transfer, ACH, electronic wallet, or another manual payment method, Inquest Peptides LLC may require verification of:

The original payer.

The originating account.

The payment reference.

The order details.

The authorized refund recipient.

Refunds will not be sent to an unrelated person, an unverified third party, or different payment details without appropriate verification.

Inquest Peptides LLC may request additional information to prevent fraud or misdirected payments.

30. REFUND AMOUNT

An approved refund may include:

The price paid for the affected product.

Applicable tax charged on the refunded product.

Original outbound shipping where the complete order was not shipped.

Original outbound shipping where Inquest Peptides LLC confirms that its own error affected the complete order.

An approved refund will not normally include:

Shipping charges for products successfully delivered and retained.

Bank fees charged by the customer’s financial institution.

Currency conversion costs.

Unauthorized return shipping.

Premium shipping purchased without authorization.

Losses arising from research delays.

Internal laboratory costs.

Third party testing costs not approved in advance.

Indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in this section excludes an amount that must be refunded by law.

31. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within five business days after the refund has been approved.

Customers should normally receive the refund within ten business days of approval.

The exact time depends on:

The original payment method.

The customer’s financial institution.

Bank processing times.

Payment provider processing times.

Fraud prevention checks.

The accuracy of the refund information supplied.

Inquest Peptides LLC cannot control how long a bank or payment provider takes to post an initiated refund.

Customers should contact support@inquestpeptides.com if an approved refund has not been received after ten business days.

32. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

A verified duplicate payment will be refunded after the payment has:

Cleared.

Been identified.

Been matched to the applicable customer and order.

Been confirmed as a duplicate.

The customer may be asked to provide proof of the duplicate transaction.

A duplicate payment refund will normally be initiated within five business days after verification.

33. STORE CREDIT

Inquest Peptides LLC will not substitute store credit for an approved monetary refund unless the customer expressly agrees to receive store credit.

Customers are not required to accept store credit where a monetary refund is due.

34. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers should contact support@inquestpeptides.com promptly before submitting a payment dispute so that the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy removes any legal right to raise a legitimate payment dispute.

False, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using:

Order records.

Invoice records.

Payment records.

Account activity.

Customer communications.

Tracking records.

Delivery evidence.

Photographs.

Signatures.

Carrier records.

Acceptance of the website policies.

Ordering access may be suspended while a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute remains unresolved.

35. CLAIMS THAT MAY BE DENIED

A claim may be denied where:

It was submitted outside the applicable reporting period and the delay prevents verification.

The required evidence was not supplied.

The customer discarded the product or packaging before review.

The product was used, altered, transferred, relabeled, mixed, reconstituted, or administered.

The product was stored incorrectly after delivery.

The reported issue resulted from customer handling.

The wrong product was ordered by the customer.

The claim concerns a change of mind.

The claim concerns a package documented as delivered and no carrier or fulfillment error is established.

The claim concerns a cool pack no longer being frozen or cold.

The alleged issue cannot be verified.

The product is consistent with the applicable listing, label, and batch documentation.

The claim contains false, incomplete, misleading, or altered information.

The customer failed to cooperate with a carrier or claim investigation.

Denial of a claim does not affect any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

36. FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Inquest Peptides LLC may suspend accounts, cancel orders, refuse further transactions, or report relevant information where there is evidence of:

A fabricated claim.

Altered photographs.

False delivery information.

False statements.

Repeated unsupported claims.

Unauthorized payment activity.

Chargeback abuse.

Attempted duplicate recovery.

Other suspected fraud.

Information may be shared with FedEx, payment providers, financial institutions, insurers, legal advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Where a conflict exists, applicable law and the most specific policy governing the issue will control.
