Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Inquest Peptides LLC are reviewed, processed, packaged, shipped, tracked, and handled following delivery.
This policy applies to all orders submitted through the Inquest Peptides LLC website or otherwise accepted by Inquest Peptides LLC.
All products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and development use. Products are not for human use, animal use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.
1. UNITED STATES SHIPPING ONLY
Inquest Peptides LLC currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
Orders submitted for delivery outside the United States will be refused or canceled.
Shipping availability is determined by the address entered during checkout, FedEx service availability, order review, and any applicable legal or operational restrictions.
Orders addressed to freight forwarders, international reshipping services, package forwarding companies, or other locations that appear to be intended for export may be held, refused, or canceled.
2. US BASED FULFILLMENT
Orders are handled and dispatched through a United States based fulfillment route.
US Based Fulfillment does not mean that products are manufactured, produced, or synthesized in the United States.
3. SHIPPING CARRIER
All accepted orders are shipped through FedEx.
A single tracked FedEx shipping option is offered during checkout.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before the order is submitted.
FedEx service levels, estimated transit times, and delivery availability may vary according to the destination, shipment date, weather, carrier capacity, and other operational factors.
4. FREE SHIPPING
Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250 USD or more qualify for free FedEx shipping.
The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes, shipping charges, or other fees.
Free shipping eligibility is determined automatically during checkout.
Orders below the qualifying threshold will be charged the FedEx shipping rate shown during checkout.
Free shipping applies only to eligible United States delivery addresses and does not override address, product, account, or shipping restrictions.
5. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally released to FedEx within two business days after:
Payment has been received.
Payment has cleared.
Payment has been correctly matched to the order.
The order has been reviewed and confirmed by Inquest Peptides LLC.
The delivery address has been accepted.
Any required account, fraud, or compliance review has been completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
The two business day processing period begins only after payment and order confirmation are complete.
Submitting an order, receiving an automated order confirmation, or sending evidence of payment does not mean that the order has been accepted or approved for shipment.
6. MANUAL PAYMENTS AND EMAILED INVOICES
Orders placed using the emailed invoice payment option will not enter the processing period until payment has been received, cleared, identified, and correctly matched to the applicable order.
Payment screenshots, transfer receipts, pending payment notices, or customer supplied confirmations do not establish that cleared payment has been received.
Incorrect payment references, incomplete payments, payment reversals, duplicate payments, or bank delays may delay order processing.
Customers must read the emailed invoice in full before making payment, especially the red payment reference warning box in the middle of the invoice.
7. SHIPPING ESTIMATES
The two business day processing period is separate from FedEx transit time.
Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout, in order communications, or through FedEx tracking are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Inquest Peptides LLC does not guarantee a particular delivery date after the shipment has been transferred to FedEx.
FedEx delays may occur because of weather, service disruption, transportation problems, destination access, operational restrictions, incorrect address information, security screening, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Inquest Peptides LLC.
8. SHIPPING DELAYS
Inquest Peptides LLC must have a reasonable basis for any stated shipment timeframe.
If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the promised processing period, we may contact the customer with:
A revised expected shipment date.
The option to consent to the delay.
The option to cancel the unshipped order and receive a refund of the applicable payment.
If Inquest Peptides LLC cannot fulfill an accepted and paid order, the affected order or unfulfilled portion will be canceled and refunded as required by applicable law.
9. TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the shipment has been accepted into the fulfillment process.
Tracking information may initially show that a label has been created before FedEx has scanned the package into its network.
A shipping label or tracking number does not necessarily mean the package has already been collected or received by FedEx.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring that the delivery location is secure and accessible.
10. DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable street address.
The address must include all information required for delivery, including where applicable:
Recipient name.
Company or laboratory name.
Street address.
Suite or unit number.
Building name.
Department.
Mailroom information.
Access instructions.
ZIP code.
Telephone number.
Inquest Peptides LLC is not responsible for delay, loss, failed delivery, additional charges, or return to sender caused by inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated address information supplied by the customer.
11. PO BOXES
Inquest Peptides LLC does not ship to PO boxes.
A physical street address that can receive FedEx deliveries must be provided.
Orders submitted using a PO box may be held while an acceptable street address is requested.
If an acceptable address is not provided, the order may be canceled.
12. APO, FPO, DPO, AND US TERRITORIES
Orders cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Shipping to United States territories is not currently offered unless the destination is specifically accepted during checkout and confirmed by Inquest Peptides LLC.
13. ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers must check the complete shipping address before submitting an order.
Address change requests must be sent to support@inquestpeptides.com as soon as possible.
An address change is not confirmed until Inquest Peptides LLC accepts it in writing.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after:
The order has been confirmed.
A shipping label has been created.
The shipment has entered fulfillment.
The shipment has been transferred to FedEx.
Inquest Peptides LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to the address originally supplied by the customer when an address change could not be completed.
Additional carrier or reshipment charges caused by a customer requested address change may be charged to the customer.
14. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
A signature is not automatically required for every shipment.
Inquest Peptides LLC may add a signature requirement to selected orders based on:
Order value.
Destination.
Delivery risk.
Account history.
Fraud screening.
Product quantity.
Carrier requirements.
Other operational or security considerations.
When a signature is required, the customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized recipient is available to accept the package.
Failure to accept a signature required delivery may result in delay, carrier holding, return to sender, or additional charges.
15. PACKAGING
Orders are packed using protective materials selected according to the products, quantity, route, weather conditions, and expected transit requirements.
Packaging may include:
Protective outer packaging.
Internal cushioning.
Sealed product containers.
Insulating materials.
Cool packs where considered appropriate.
Packing methods may vary between orders and may be updated without prior notice.
16. COOL PACKS
Cool packs may be included when Inquest Peptides LLC considers them appropriate based on the product, destination, season, weather, route, and expected transit conditions.
Cool packs are intended to provide additional protection from heat exposure during transit.
They do not create a continuously refrigerated, temperature validated, or guaranteed cold chain.
A cool pack may no longer be frozen or cold when the shipment arrives. This alone does not establish that the product has been damaged or is unsuitable for its permitted laboratory research use.
Customers are responsible for moving delivered products into the appropriate controlled storage environment promptly after delivery.
17. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery status is determined using FedEx records, which may include:
Tracking scans.
Delivery timestamps.
Delivery photographs.
Recipient signatures.
Geographic scan information.
Reception or mailroom records.
Building access records.
Other carrier supplied evidence.
Except where prohibited by law, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer when FedEx records delivery to the address or delivery location supplied or authorized by the customer.
This may include delivery to:
A laboratory.
A commercial address.
A reception area.
A mailroom.
A front desk.
A parcel room.
A building manager.
Another authorized delivery location.
18. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If FedEx tracking shows that a package has been delivered but the package cannot be located, the customer should immediately:
Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.
Check the complete delivery area.
Check reception areas, mailrooms, loading areas, parcel rooms, lockers, and building entrances.
Ask employees, laboratory personnel, reception staff, building management, or other authorized recipients.
Review any FedEx delivery photograph or delivery details.
Contact FedEx using the tracking number.
Contact Inquest Peptides LLC within three calendar days of the recorded delivery date.
A package marked as delivered is not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.
Inquest Peptides LLC may review available carrier evidence and assist with a FedEx inquiry, but we are not responsible for theft, removal, loss, mishandling, or unauthorized access occurring after documented delivery.
19. PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
A package is not considered lost solely because tracking has not updated for a short period.
Where a shipment appears to be delayed or lost within the FedEx network, Inquest Peptides LLC may open or assist with a carrier investigation.
The customer must provide any information reasonably required for the investigation.
A replacement or refund will not normally be issued while the carrier investigation remains open.
Any available resolution will depend on:
FedEx tracking records.
Carrier findings.
Delivery evidence.
The circumstances of the shipment.
Product availability.
Applicable law.
20. DAMAGED PACKAGES
Visible shipping damage must be reported to support@inquestpeptides.com within three calendar days of the FedEx recorded delivery date.
Reports submitted outside this period may be denied where the delay prevents the condition of the shipment from being verified.
Customers must retain the complete shipment until the claim has been reviewed.
This includes:
The external shipping box or mailer.
The shipping label.
All internal packaging.
Cool packs and insulating materials where included.
The packing slip.
All product containers.
All product labels.
Every item received.
21. MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Missing items, incorrect items, or other apparent fulfillment errors must be reported within three calendar days of the FedEx recorded delivery date.
The report must include:
The order number.
A clear explanation of the problem.
Photographs of the external packaging.
A photograph showing the shipping label.
Photographs of all items received.
Photographs of the internal packaging.
A photograph of the packing slip.
Product and batch details where applicable.
Additional photographs, video evidence, or information may be requested where reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
22. CLAIM DOCUMENTATION
Claims must include complete, clear, and verifiable information.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a refund, replacement, credit, or other resolution.
Inquest Peptides LLC may deny a claim when:
The claim was submitted outside the reporting period.
Required evidence was not provided.
Products or packaging were discarded before review.
The reported issue cannot be verified.
Tracking confirms proper delivery and no carrier or fulfillment error is established.
The damage occurred after delivery.
The problem resulted from customer handling, storage, or misuse.
The claim contains false, misleading, altered, or incomplete information.
23. CLAIM RESOLUTION
When an investigation confirms a shipping or fulfillment error attributable to Inquest Peptides LLC, the available resolution may include:
Replacement of the affected item.
Reshipment of a missing item.
Refund of the affected item.
Another appropriate resolution.
The resolution will depend on product availability, evidence, carrier findings, order circumstances, and applicable law.
Cash refunds, store credits, replacements, or other compensation are not automatically provided for every reported issue.
24. REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address can receive the shipment.
A package may be considered undeliverable because of:
An incorrect or incomplete address.
A missing suite or unit number.
An inaccessible building.
An unavailable recipient.
Failure to complete a required signature.
Refusal of delivery.
Failure to collect a held package.
A carrier restriction.
A customer requested redirect.
Other customer supplied delivery problems.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages are not automatically eligible for a refund.
If reshipment is approved, the customer may be required to pay the new shipping charge and any carrier fees incurred.
Returned products may be ineligible for resale or reshipment because storage conditions and chain of custody cannot be verified.
25. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable after an order has been transferred to FedEx.
This includes orders that are:
Refused.
Unclaimed.
Returned because of an incorrect address.
Returned because the recipient was unavailable.
Returned because a signature could not be obtained.
Redirected at the customer’s request.
An exception may apply where a refund is required by law or where Inquest Peptides LLC confirms that the shipment resulted from its own fulfillment error.
26. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SHIPMENT
An order cancellation request must be sent before the order has entered fulfillment.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.
Once an order has been packed, assigned a shipping label, or released for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Any approved cancellation or refund remains subject to the Terms of Service and Refund and Returns Policy.
27. CARRIER DELAYS AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Inquest Peptides LLC is not responsible for FedEx delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include:
Severe weather.
Natural disasters.
Transportation disruption.
Carrier capacity.
Mechanical failure.
Labor disruption.
Government action.
Security incidents.
Power or internet failures.
Road closures.
Service interruptions.
Incorrect address information.
Other force majeure events.
We will take reasonable steps to provide available tracking information and assist with a carrier inquiry where appropriate.
28. NO LOCAL COLLECTION
Inquest Peptides LLC does not offer customer collection, local pickup, walk in purchasing, or public access at its correspondence address.
All accepted orders are shipped through the approved fulfillment and FedEx delivery process.
29. POLICY RELATIONSHIP
This Shipping Policy should be read together with the:

Research Use Only Policy.
Applicable invoice instructions.
Product specific restrictions.
Where a conflict exists, applicable law and the most specific policy governing the issue will control.
